How It Works

Get in touch

Ask the clinic to contact you, or use the form below to send us your pets' names and the clinic they've been seeing.

We request the records

Our team contacts that clinic and asks them to send your pets' medical records to us.

We book your first visit

Once your request is in, we'll call or email you to find a time that works. We're open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and until 8pm on Thursdays.
